After reaping the benefits of a vegan diet for over 24 years and navigating four healthy pregnancies, Sahrah Yashaahla decided it was time to share the joy of good health, great food, and plant-based nutrition with the rest of the world. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a proud holder of a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Sahrah brings not just passion but a wealth of knowledge to her mission.

Sahrah's dedication extends to her Lifestyle Medicine Coach Certificate from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and Wellcoaches, along with her status as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. With this comprehensive range of qualifications, she seamlessly blends expertise with passion to guide individuals towards optimal health.

Sahrah is the owner of Minds on Meals, a plant-based coaching, cooking, and nutrition education company. Through this venture, she extends her expertise to empower individuals on their journey to vibrant health.
In addition to being a Food for Life instructor, Sahrah is the Creator of her online signature program, The Healthy Heart Solution. This innovative program reflects her commitment to holistic well-being, offering a personalized roadmap to a heart-healthy life.
Her 24 years of experience serve as a testament to the sustainability and vitality of a plant-based lifestyle. Sahrah is also a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certified practitioner, enhancing her holistic approach to health and wellness. In her free time, she loves to cook and recreate low-fat, vegan comfort food for her family and friends. Beyond the kitchen, she finds balance through her love for yoga and the simple joy of walking.
